Is There More Than Corn In Indiana?

I am not so sure. It seems like the more we "Hoosiers" try to improve the artistic and creative community here it seems to get lost. Why is this? I think the reason is that we create sub-categories and in turn separate ourselves even more. This is even more prevalent in the fashion community in which i am a part of. We all have our clicks. I have a click. I don't think they are bad if we are cordial and step out of our circles to play with each other for a day or two. But that is when things get a little hairy.

I give kudos for great work. No matter what it is or who is involved. If I look at a photo and it is sick, i have to say,"shit! that is cool. Why didn't I think of that." After which I will leave a comment, give stars, or whatever the case may be, I will leave some type of praise. Then, I will contact the person/persons involved and ask to do a project with them. I will usually get the response "oh, I use so and so." Well, okay. But why not collaborate with like-minded people even if they are not your regulars? I don't know. Maybe it is just me, but I love to work with new people. It gives me a chance to learn, experience a new perspective etc.

Coco-Rocco Girls

This shoot was at the bed and breakfast owned by the Hoffmeister family. Yes the same name of the jewelry boutiques.

Alan Brockman is the photographer, and the models, Carla and Amy, were fabulous. We used their fashions, as well as, the new spring/summer dresses of Nikki Blaine. Alan wanted a type of setting that would allow for the models to look"out of place". I think we nailed it perfectly.

Alan is an engineer and very technical with his concepts. I love that about him because I know that the execution of the shoot will go smoothly. Models are relaxed, and we get some great captures! Enjoy the pics!

Addicted to Eyeliner: Myth or Reality?

total myth here on this shoot. i wanted to do something totally different here. at first, this was meant to be a cocaine shoot. but i thought people would take it as an offense, since a lot of people we know are on cocaine as we speak. oh yes, you would be totally surprised. and since they know i know about their choice of social drug i did not want it to seem like a jab at them to stop. some of them really need it. no, for real. hahahahaha.

okay, so i let jeremiah know of mt concept and he liked the idea. great. and i asked some of the top people here in indy to be a part of it as well. ryan, he owns hair couture salon, is so great with hair that i had to have him and crystal(same salon) to be hairstylists for the shoot. they did a great job as usual. but the sleeper cell(well there's two) on this shoot was tina of mahogany charm. i told what was needed as far as jewelry was concerned and she delivered in a short time some spectacular pieces!! i mean they totally rocked. i hope all of them sold out for her because they are gorgeous pieces to own.

fashion was provided by d.lamont couture for this shoot. derrik is a local designer who does not know how great he really is. first off his creativity is like no tother i have seen in this area. he works with all sorts of textiles including leather, skins, tapestry works, odd fabrics, polyesters and more. he also creates beautiful handbags and the hippest hats i have seen here. he is truly a genius and he does not even know it. i wish he would work with some local boutiques and let his wears be sold.

models were gorgeous and pretty and so patient for this shoot! this was the first time i worked with piper. she is not from indianapolis, but lives in indiana. i saw her profile on model mayhem and had to have her for the shoot. she is so pretty and i am going to work with her again although she does not know it-or maybe she does!!
morgan is a wonderful model who looks refined and pixie at the same time! i just love her face so much. she is gracious and serious about all that she does. she is also a great person, she organizes fundraisers and gives to her community. i love that about her. the other sleepercell i spoke of is courtney. she improved so much on this shoot. we were all shocked with the results. i have no doubt she will be the one to watch.

jodi, jeremiah's other half, acted as the european nurse on this shoot. God we had such a time trying to buy a nurse's dress from the uniform place downtown! it was crazy. for some reason they did not want to sell us one but that's a different story all together. she did a wonderful job! thank you so much jodi, i love you guys!!

in this shoot the models have lost the spark in their careers and are in need of a jumpstart to the top again. so, they go to a clinic in europe that promises them top results in little time. but, is it worth it? you tell us! enjoy the pics.

In Europe ther is a clinic that caters to elite clientele. This is a place to visit for spa treatments, physical conditioning, dietary enhancement and much more.

It is so exclusive the waiting list is hundreds of pages naming hopeful people who may never see the halls of this mysterious place. But they cling on to hope and dream of being served by the best "physicians" the world has to offer.

We received a call that three models checked in together, first, no one does this. Many do not want word nor whisper to expose their location and what they are there for. But it did happen. And we have proof.

Lilly, China and Kitty were the top models of the decade. Well, that is until they vanished from the world of glitter, champagne and paparazzi. Their careers where as hot as molten steel and every designer wanted them to wear their creations.
But, what happened?

Needless to say, we all were astonished in regards to their comeback in the world of couture. The curious part is they all re-emerged on the scene in the same month of the same year. With the same designer! This never happens. Never. Did they make a deal with the devil himself? Or is it all a coincidence? I don't believe in coincidences. I doubt if you do.

One question i do have.
What is in those syringes? And, who is nurse Jodi?

Welcome to the DollHouse!

so i came up with the doll house concept while in the hospital suffering from a PANIC ATTACK!!
i knew the weather was going to be pure crap for the original concept, and i had to think quick.

the day before i went to my friend and owner of Eye Candy boutique, Paul(he's Korean) and he agreed to let us use his space for pics. he has a vast array of jewelry and bags. i mean some killer stuff. but what to do? so here's just a few pics for you all to enjoy while you eat your hostess snowballs with jim beam.
